There are a few things you can do to troubleshoot the QuickBooks Wont Open issue:
First, try opening QuickBooks in Selective Startup mode. This mode starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. To do this, follow these steps:
Hit Start, enter msconfig in the Search box, and further press Enter.
On the General tab, click Selective Startup.
Click to deselect the Load Startup Items check box under Selective Startup.
Press the Services tab, click to select the Hide All Microsoft Services check box, and then click Disable All.
